The third stage of the improvement of the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest has started

(KZN.RU, July 18). Works of the third stage of improvement in the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest have started. There will be new pedestrian paths to art objects and a dog run in the park.

The project of improvement includes the wishes of local residents that took an active part in its development from the very beginning. At the request of the Kazan citizens, a dog run now will be equipped with awnings from the rain and sun, and lanterns for evening walks.

In addition, the forest park will expand the existing network of paths and tracks. All art objects of the forest park will be equipped with step-by-step paths and paths with a bulk coating. The work will be completed on August 1.

The improvement of the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest began in 2016. In the frames of the first and second stages, in the forest park, the illuminated ski runs were laid, pedestrian and bicycle paths were set up, art objects and entrances were made, a pump-track, a fountain, the eco-center “Dom”, as well as rental of sports equipment and other objects were opened.
