The acceptance of applications for participation in the karaoke contest “The voice of our yard, the voice of our team” has started

Winners will perform for the audience on the Day of the RT and Kazan.

The acceptance of applications for participation in the residents' favorite city karaoke contest “Golos nashego dvora, golos nashei komandy” (Rus. “The voice of our yard, the voice of our team”) has begun in Kazan. To participate, you must leave a request on the official website of the project голосдвора.рф or come to one of the stages and register on the spot. The winners of the competition will perform on August 30 for an audience at the Family Center “Kazan” on the main stage of the celebration of the Day of the RT and Kazan, said Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture, at the Business Monday.

The competition is held at 27 sites in all areas of the city in three age groups: from 6 to 12 years old, from 12 to 18 years old, and from 18 years and older and will be held. So, in the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts, the qualifying stages will be held at four sites. The final of the competition will be held on August 28 in the park “Kaleidoscope”. In the Sovetsky district, 5 yards will take part in the competition, and the final stage will be held on August 23 on the boulevard on Fuchik Street.

In the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts, the competition will be held at five sites. Finalists of the qualifying stages will perform on August 21 in Vasilchenko Square.

For residents of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts, the stages will be held in nine yards. The final will take place on August 28 in the park “Krylya Sovetov”. The winners will be determined by spectators of the fan teams. The participants will be evaluated by a professional jury, which will include honored artists of the RT Gulshat Imamieva, Marina Samkova, Aidar Gabdinov, and Ferdinand Fatkhi, a People's Artist of the RT.

“All the contestants will be awarded diplomas and souvenirs. Super-finalists will perform on August 30 for the audience on the main stage of the celebration of the Day of the RT and Kazan”, said A. Abzalov.

“Gradually, the yards are transformed from ordinary pedestrian transit to a place where neighbors, citizens of all ages gather. This contest is another important event for us”, said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the Tatarstan’s capital.

In order to conduct cultural events in the yards, it is necessary to pay attention to their improvement, added the head of the city. He reminded that the Tatarstan branch of the United Russia party continues the implementation of the project “Our Yard”. Its main goal is to reconstruct all the yards of Tatarstan. “This task was set by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT. I ask you to carry out this work informally, to collect as many opinions, wishes and suggestions of citizens as possible. We need to listen to the residents of the city and make all the yards together”, said I. Metshin.
