In November, a series of open meetings will be held at the eco-station on the Kazanka embankment. The program includes a film screening, master classes, as well as a book exchange.
On November 3, the documentary «King of the Hill» will be shown at 15:00.
On November 9 at 15:00, Zulfiya Taktashova will speak about misinterpretation of some concepts of eco-activism and tell why it is pointless to save the planet.
A master class on reusable shoe covers will be held by Farida Gimatdinova on November 10 at 13:00, 15:00, and 16:30. During the class, participants will learn how to cut and sew their own shoe covers.
On November 16 at 15:00, a workshop on waste sorting will be held by Farida Galimova. She will tell the audience how to start sorting garbage and where you can hand over recyclables for money.
On November 17, a master class on creating planters in papier-mache technique will be held by Rail Nuriev. Master classes will be held at 15:00 and 16:30.
The lecture by Alla Mikhailovskaya from the plant «Recyclables as an alternative to wood in urban improvement» starts at 15:00 on November 23.
On November 24, Zulfiya Taktashova will open the book eco-club, which will discuss Andrei Yakovlev's book «Waste Country». On the same day, there will be a book exchange.
A master class on restoring kintsugi-style pottery will be held on November 30. Taliya Sadykova will demonstrate her work in the Japanese technique. Participants are asked to bring a ceramic, glass, or porcelain item with a small crack, as well as a box. The event will begin at 3 pm.
The eco-station will be located on the embankment between the football fields in the URAM Extreme Park. It will be open from Wednesday to Sunday.
