Flights will be operated twice a week
Flights between Kazan and Aktobe will resume from April 1 by the Kazakh company Qazaq Air.
Passengers will be transported on De-Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft. The capacity ranges from 76 to 86 people. Flights will be operated twice a week: on Mondays and Fridays. The travel time will be 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Tatarstan is an important strategic partner. The resumption of flights will contribute to strengthening trade, economic, cultural and educational ties between Russia and Kazakhstan, the airline's press office reports.
For reference, for the first time direct flights to Kabardino-Balkaria will be launched from Kazan. Flights will be operated by Red Wings on Saturdays.
