Lenara Muzafarova, the director of the GBU “Multifunctional Center for Providing State and Municipal Services” in the RT, told about it today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT.

Speaking about the new service of the MFC, the speaker explained that it would be possible to receive the INN certificate seven working days after contacting the multifunctional center. You should have a passport on you. The application may also be submitted by an authorized representative of the taxpayer.

The state duty for re-issuance of the certificate is 300 rubles.

One of the new services provided by the MFC was the issuance of a certificate of pre-retirement age. This service appeared since January 1 of this year. “To receive a certificate, you need to show an identity document and fill out an application. The certificate will be prepared within seven working days from the date of appeal”, said L. Muzafarova. She explained that this document is necessary for receiving benefits. Over the past month, more than 130 people applied for the receipt of such a certificate in the MFC of Tatarstan.

Also, Lenara Muzafarova reminded that you can use the services of the MFC without leaving your home. At the end of last year, a home reception for applicants was organized for Kazan residents. Kazan residents need to first call the MFC, leave a request for departure, pay the receipt, and MFC employees will arrive at the agreed time and place. Also, express delivery of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate appeared in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. “In Tatarstan, a service for the delivery of information from the USRR is implemented as part of a pilot project. The service is available to both individuals and legal entities. For the former, it will cost 500 rubles, for the latter, 1500 rubles. Over the past five months, more than two thousand people used this service”, said L. Muzafarova.

New services in the MFC will appear this year. Thus, during the election period to the State Council of the RT, voters will have the opportunity to receive an absentee ballot for voting at the location. “You can submit such an application and get an absentee ballot in all MFC offices from July 24 to September 4. The experts will help the applicant to determine the number and address of the most convenient polling station, depending on wh ere the voter will be on the voting day, and draw up an application”, explained L. Muzafarova.

Also, the MFC plan to introduce the practice of integrated service delivery. Citizens will be able to receive one type of services at once, the list of which is established by the order of the Government of the RF.
