<p> The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with construction projects in Kazan. Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan, Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, chief architect of the city, heads of district administrations and others took part in the meeting of the interdepartmental commission on urban development in historical settlements. </p> <p> Nineteen projects were considered. As Rustam Minnikhanov noted, they must ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites and not violate the already established historical appearance. </p> <p> The first project is the reconstruction of the Kazan State Theater for Young Spectators on Ostrovskogo Street. It is planned to improve the courtyard, facades and outbuildings. The members of the commission approved the project. </p> <p> The renovation project of the facades of the Suvar Plaza multifunctional complex on Spartakovskaya Street was also approved. It is planned to renovate the facades and form office space from the second to the fourth floor. </p> <p> A school robotics center will be added to the concept the Solntze school on Kavi Najmi Street. </p> <p> The project of a residential building on Astronomicheskaya Street provides 21 apartments, parking and other modern infrastructure. The Rais of Tatarstan instructed to ensure that high-quality construction materials are used during the construction of the facility. </p> <p> The project of construction of one-storey residential building on Fatkullina Street did not receive the approval of the commission members, the Press Office the Rais of Tatarstan reports. </p>
