The President of Uzbekistan was presented the experience of Kazan on the management of apartment buildings

Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Uzbekistan, was presented proposals on the management of apartment buildings in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, developed on the basis of the experience of Kazan. </p> <p> </p> <p> They provide improving the maintenance of multi-family housing by organizing professional service companies, strengthening the material and technical base, and ensuring economic sustainability. The President noted that the system should be introduced in the region this year. Each house should be covered by service companies and provide them with benefits, reports the press service of the head of Uzbekistan. </p> <p> </p> <p> “Without conducting innovative, scientific, and organizational work in the complex, this area will be out of times. There will be no quality until public services are transferred to private enterprises. With no quality, there will be no stable receipt of payments. By improving the work in this area, making the calculations clear, we will change the situation and satisfy people”, said Shavkat Mirziyoyev. </p> <p> </p> <p> Earlier, the delegation of Uzbekistan visited Kazan and got acquainted with the experience of the city in various areas of the urban economy, including housing and communal services. The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan was created over a year ago. Its specialists came to Tatarstan to learn from, in particular, the achievements of Kazan in the area of maintenance of multi-family housing stock. Members of the delegation got acquainted with the work of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the RT, the management company “Uyutny Dom”, the MUP “Vodokanal”, heat supplying organizations, and held a series of negotiations with specialists of the Executive Committee of Kazan. </p>
