Representatives of the Kazan City Administration take part in the Eurasian Economic Forum

<p> The capital of the Chinese province of Shaanxi, XI'an, hosts the 2019 Eurasian Economic Forum. The main subject of this forum is "Joint construction " One zone and one road": high-level cooperation and high-quality development". </p> <p> Representatives of member States, observers and dialogue partners of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), mayors, representatives of international organizations, trade companies, scientists and experts gathered in XI'an. The forum is also attended by representatives of Kazan. </p> <p> Kazan and XI'an have much in common: unique cultural and traditions, rich historical heritage, many outstanding buildings, architectural monuments, attractions and historical places. The representative of the Kazan Administration expressed readiness to facilitate the exchange of experience in various fields within the framework of inter-municipal cooperation and invited the conference participants to visit the capital of Tatarstan. </p> <p> It should be noted that Kazan cooperates with XI'an in the framework of the League of Historical Cities, where various projects and programs in the field of culture, history, art and science are implemented. This year, XI'an delegation visited Kazan to participate in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the international organization. </p> <p> The Eurasian economic forum has been held since 2007. It promotes the formation of partnerships at the international level, as well as strengthens cooperation between the municipalities of the SCO countries. </p>
