The second-to-last house of the challenging MCHS residential complex is move-in ready

<p> House No.3 of the MCHS residential complex on Akademika Gubkina Street has been commissioned in Kazan. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, handed the developer a commissioning permit and congratulated the equity holders, who had been waiting for this moment for about five years. </p> <p> The construction of the third house began in 2012 by the Fon Group of companies, the initial completion date was 2016. However, due to the bankruptcy of the developer, the work was suspended at the beginning of construction. The process was complicated by the fact that many equity holders concluded not direct equity participation agreements with the company, but preliminary ones, and thanks to the well-coordinated work of the republican and city authorities, their rights were also protected. The new developer was the Tatarstan Foundation for the Protection of the Participants of Equity Construction, the contractor was OOO “SMK Ak tash”. The construction works started by Ak Tash last year and were completed this summer. On August 9, a conclusion of the State Construction Supervision of Tatarstan was received on the compliance of the house with the requirements of technical regulation. </p> <p> Now the shareholders can evaluate the results of the work. 18-entrance house with variable number of storeys, from 13 to 22 floors, is located on Akademika Gubkina str., 3. The total area of the house is 65,182 sq. m, of which 31,867 sq. m is residential. In total, the house has 574 apartments, 451 of which belong to defrauded homebuyers. There are also storage rooms and offices. In addition, there are 345 parking spaces: 297 parking spaces in the indoor parking lot, the remaining ones are outdoor. “A huge amount of work has been done at such a high level and of such good quality. Residents of the house are provided with parking spaces in accordance with the regulations”, - Azat Nigmatzyanov noted, making a tour of the territory accompanied by other participants of the on-site meeting. </p> <p> Representatives of the developer, contractor, property management company, Housing Policy Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan and other participants of the meeting inspected the quality of the landscaping of the adjacent territory and interior decoration of two apartments, after which they met with new home owners. </p> <p> “As you know, the story of the construction of this house began a long time ago. The work is carried out by the Ak tash company. In 2018, it completed the construction of the house No.5, in 2021 – house No.2. Today is exactly a year since the company began completion of this site. A huge amount of work has been done. The house is made in very good quality. I want to wish you good luck and a successful decoration of the apartments”, - Azat Nigmatzyanov told the equity holders and handed Ivan Novikov, executive director of the Tatarstan Foundation for the Protection of the Participants of Equity Construction, a permit for commissioning. </p> <p> The third house has been commissioned, the owners will get the keys in the near future, but the work at the MCHS residential complex does not end there. According to Gazinur Akhmetov, Director General of the Ak tash company, the construction work has also been completed in the last challenging house No.4, preparations are underway for the final inspection of the State Construction Supervision of Tatarstan, as well as landscaping of the yard. </p> <p> Presently, the construction of the road to the houses of the MCHS residential complex, from the Triumph residential complex to Pobedy Avenue is being completed. The construction of the road from house No.3 to the Megastroy shopping center continues. </p>
