Almost 700 Kazan citizens will go into military service in the autumn recruitment campaign

<p> On October 1, the autumn recruitment campaign will start in Russia, which will last until December 31. The campaign was discussed at the city’s Executive Committee today. The meeting was held by acting head of the Kazan Executive Committee Rustem Gafarov. </p> <p> All recruitment centers of the city are ready for the autumn campaign, Military Commissars of Kazan districts noted. According to the head of the mobilization Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Alfred Ibrayev, almost 700 people will be sent from Kazan to serve in the army during this recruitment campaign. Despite the fact that the recruitment commissions begin their work on October 1, 149 young Kazan citizens have already come to the military offices without waiting for this date. According to Alfred Ibrayev, these conscripts were lucky – they were able to choose the best locations for military service. The municipal authorities and military commissariats received letters of thanks for many young people who returned home after completing their military service. The city's employment centers employ them, if necessary, on a priority basis. </p> <p> Special attention of the city administration and law enforcement agencies will be paid to conscripts who were not called up for military service without a valid reason in the previous recruitment campaign. Following the spring campaign, according to A.Ibrayev, criminal cases were opened against six draft dodgers. </p> <p> This recruitment campaign, as well as the spring one, will be held according to special rules, in strict accordance with the requirements of the epidemiological agency. </p>
