For 3 years Kazan has reached ratings scheduled by the Strategy-2030

<p> (KZN.RU, July 22, Alina Berezhnaya). The adjustments will be made in the strategy of socio economic development of Kazan till 2030. The proposals could be made as well by Kazan citizens. Today Artur Valiakhmetov, the chairman of the Economic Development Committee, announced that at the Business Monday. </p> <p> The speaker reminded that this year 3 years will have passed since the adoption of strategy of socio economic development of Kazan till 2030. On totals of 2018 some actual values of target indicators of Kazan are ahead of scheduled values, in connection with that document should be updated. </p> <p> In particular, during realisation of the strategy gross territorial product per capita on totals of 2018 accounted for 615,6 thousand roubles at the plan 584,1 thousand roubles. As well the life expectancy of citizens has increased, today this rating reaches 75,5 years at the plan 74,15 years. At the same time a share of population involved in physical education and sport, on totals of 2018 accounted for 45% at the plan of 42%. And a share of the citizens positively evaluating condition of inter-ethnic and interfaith relations, at the plan of 67% and 70% accounted for 92,9% and 80,9% respectively, as А.Valiakhmetov told. </p> <p> Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, noted that the capital city of Tatarstan is dynamically developing that confirms excess of ratings on three directions. «As a whole we see a good dynamics, but much more remains to be done. I want to allocate three parameters – the growth of expected life expectancy, the growth of gross territorial product and the increase of share of the citizens involved in sports. It is important that we have not simply reached these indicators, but also exceeded the plan», - D.Kalinkin said. </p> <p> The Kazan strategy will be corrected and in view of national projects and additions to the strategy of the Republic-2030, as А.Valiakhmetov noted. «Working to priorities of the Republic, Kazan should promote contribution to realisation of federal priorities. Within synchronisation with national projects three strategic priorities should be specified and complemented by the new tasks and actions», - the chairman of the Economic Development Committee said. </p> <p> So, according to the document the life expectancy ratings expected by 2030 are being increased – up to 80 years (now it is 76 years) as well as a share of population involved in physical education and sport are being increased, – up to 63% (now it is 50%). As well the corrections to «number of children in non-governmental schools in aggregate number of the children trained in schools» rating will be made. This rating already on totals of 2018 exceeds the scheduled values, as А.Valiakhmetov noted. </p> <p> As well the new sections will be included in the document. In particular, the corrections to increased number of state and municipal services in electronic form are being made. The events on supplying of favourable conditions for the activity of selfengaged citizens and the measures of support for the category of businessmen will be submitted to the special section. As well changes of the Federal legislation in terms of pension reform will be reflected in the section targeting employment issues of pensionable age people and their retraining. </p> <p> The citizens of Kazan can take part in updating strategies. It is necessary to send the proposals with the heading «Updating of the Strategy-2030» on the website in the «Schedule and plans» section. All the proposals and remarks can be directed to the e-mail: kzn.2030@ tatar.ru. </p> <p> As well the meetings with the representatives of town-planning, economy, the small and middle business, the social sphere, transport infrastructure will be held in Kazan. Their recommendations will be accepted to reduction during updating of the document. </p> <p> Denis Kalinkin separately allocated tasks on economy digitizing, in particular Design office as a big and necessary project for citizens. «More and more services are available electronically, we piloted this work among the first cities in Russia, and now that way is chosen by other cities as well. The national projects have brought new challenges for us, I ask all to analyse and make the appropriate adjustments to strategy», - D.Kalinkin concluded. </p> <p>   </p>
