Excursions in the Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda are given on electric cars

Kazan citizens and tourists can watch the sights at the pedestrian street of Kayum Nasyri.

(KZN.RU, May 22, Ekaterina Vislavskaya). A new format of entertainment has been launched in the Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda in Kazan. Excursions in the historic district of the city are conducted on electric cars.

Tourists and residents of the city can choose one of two electric cars for 7-11 passengers for tours along the pedestrian street of Kayum Nasyri. A trip without a guide takes 10-15 minutes, with a guide – about half an hour. The tour tells about the history of the city and the sights of the Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda.

Excursions in a new format started a month ago and are designed for the summer tourist season. There is a regular guide on the line. Members of the Guild of Guides of Kazan with knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, and other foreign languages are involved be a request, reports the municipal budgetary institution “Historical Environment”. This summer, excursions on the night “Kazan music bus” and a new route of the double-decker red bus “City Sightseeing” will also be launched in Kazan.
