Children and their parents will be able to celebrate the holiday in parks, squares, museums, as well as in the houses of culture of Kazan. </p> <p> <b>“Green Marathon”</b> </p> <p> June 1 at 9 am </p> <p> On the first day of summer, Kazan citizens are invited to the Gorky Park to run the Green Marathon. Anyone wishing will be able to run a distance of 4.2 km regardless of the level of physical fitness, and more prepared citizens will run 10 km (when providing a medical certificate with no contraindications). </p> <p> In addition, inclusive starts will be held in the park on this day. Guests will attend master classes, lectures and entertainment activities. A sample of wooden urban architecture, the decorative design of which combines the motifs of Tatar folk architecture and modern elements. It was built at the end of the XIX century. N. Leonov Underwater Research Unit will pick up litter from the bottom of the pond.
