The Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan organizes the event. They believe that the flea market is an excellent way to show children how to earn money, as well as the opportunity to unload the house from unused things and toys, giving them a new life. Children can bring toys, board games, clothes, kits for creativity and other children's accessories. The primary condition is that all things be clean and in a good state.

The entrance and participation in the flea market are free. Preliminary registration is required for “sellers”. The beginning is at 11 am; the meeting point is the terrace of the cafe “Les”, said the organizers.
