The switch to the digital TV in Tatarstan and its capital is postponed to October 14

Residents of apartment buildings can restore a common house antenna based on the decision of the general meeting of tenants.

(KZN.RU, June 3, Ksenia Shvetsova). The switch to digital broadcasting in Tatarstan and its capital was postponed to October 14 by a decision of the Government of the RF. Schedule of transition to digital television in Tatarstan changed in the interests of the population. At the same time, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the RF, assesses the readiness of the republic to switch s high. Rifat Khannanov, the head of the Information Technology and Communications Directorate, said this at the Business Monday today.

Contracting organizations continue the planned work on checking the readiness of the house-wide antennas for receiving a digital terrestrial television signal, which provides for the disconnection of analog broadcasting. Residents of apartment buildings equipped with collective television reception systems can apply to Open Kazan to assess the quality of reception.

Active information work with the population on the transition to digital terrestrial television broadcasting continues in the capital of the RT. “I ask residents to be understanding of the work carried out and to hold in advance measures for the transition to digital broadcasting”, said R. Khannanov. Residents of apartment buildings can restore a common house antenna on the basis of the decision of the general meeting of tenants. The decision must be secured by the protocol, having entered into an agreement with a contracting organization in the field of services for collective television reception systems, explained the speaker.

In addition, by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, changes were made to the regional overhaul of common property in apartment buildings, he added. Thus, the installation and repair of collective television reception systems have been included in the overhaul program to ensure the reception and distribution of digital and analog television broadcasting signals in multi-apartment buildings.

The federal hotline continues to operate by number: 8-800-220-20-02. You can consult on the acquisition and configuration of equipment for receiving a digital signal, ask the help of volunteers in setting up and connecting equipment. 218 volunteers work in assisting residents, each of them has a special certificate.

Compensation for the purchase of digital consoles and antennas provided for low-income citizens for the transition, reminded R. Khannanov. The list includes large families and families raising disabled children with an average per capita income below the subsistence minimum, single pensioners over 70 years old living alone and disabled persons living alone with an average per capita income of fewer than 20 thousand rubles a month. You can apply for compensation and refine the necessary list of documents in the social security departments and in the Unified Federal Information Center at the number: 8-800-220-20-02.
