Kazan hotels take a number of measures to ensure the safety of city visitors

Tourists can change or cancel individual bookings that have already been made.

The Association of hotels of Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of tourists in light of COVID -19 outbreak.

The implemented measures include the availability of detergents with certain features, cleanliness control, the availability of bactericidal lamps - closed-type recirculators in public areas, the provision of hand cleaners, and others. “We follow all the recommendations of the health authorities of Russia”, - the Association of hotels in Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan reports.

In addition, the booking cancellation policy is being changed to meet the new conditions. Tourists who plan to come to Kazan can change and cancel individual bookings that have already been made, including prepaid ones, by any means, without extra fees of the hotels. The cancellation can be made by April 30 and no later than 24 hours before arrival.
