Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, signed the decree on her appointment.
(KZN.RU, May 3). Irada Ayupova was appointed the Minister of Culture of the RT. She previously held the post of the chairman of the State Committee of the RT on the archives.
“Irada Ayupova is appointed the Minister of Culture of the RT and released from her previous position”, says the decree signed by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT. Earlier, the post of Minister of Culture of the RT was occupied by Airat Sibagatullin.
Irada Ayupova was born in 1971 in Baku. In 1993, she graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy with a degree in engineering and mathematics. In 2002, she graduated from the Tatar Institute of Business Assistance with a degree in Law. From 1994 to 1998, she worked as a software engineer in the OAO “Nizhnekamskshina”, from 1998 to 2000 - as a chief specialist in the Nizhnekamsk Commercial Center. From 2000 to 2004 – the head of the department, deputy chairman of the Kazan Entrepreneurship Support Committee. From 2004 to 2005 – the head of the Personnel Department of the Kazan Administration. From 2005 to 2006, she held the post of chairman of the Kazan Entrepreneurship Support Committee. From 2006 to 2008, she worked as the head of the department in the Ministry of Economy of the RT, from 2008 to 2011 – the deputy Minister of Culture of the RT, from 2011 to 2015 – the first deputy Minister of Culture of the RT. In 2015, she headed the Main Archival Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, in 2016 – the State Committee of the RT on the archives, according to the website “Official Tatarstan”.
