A new architect of Kazan will be chosen during an open city competition

The Mayor of the city announced this at the meeting of the XXXIV session of the Kazan City Duma.

(KZN.RU, June 20, Ksenia Shvetsova). A new architect of Kazan will be chosen during an open city competition. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan, announced this at a meeting of the XXXIV session of the Kazan City Duma. The meeting is taking place in the City Hall.

“We are announcing an open competition. The conditions will be posted on the official portal kzn.ru later. We will summarize in August. I hope that together with the new architect, we will continue the movement that will allow Kazan to remain an ancient, beautiful, but at the same time modern and comfortable city”.

The chief architect Tatiana Prokofieva leaves her post. At the meeting, the Mayor thanked her for many years of work and handed her the distinction “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan”.
