The new space “Kub” invites to a swap party in Kazan

Visitors to the Gorkinsko-Ometevsky forest could exchange unneeded items of the wardrobe.

(KZN.RU, July 11). On July 14, the new space “Kub” of the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest invites to the event in the open air. The “Kub” is the first multi-box center in Tatarstan, consisting of high cube containers for shipping. The program includes a vinyl fair from shops and collectors, showroom of clothes of local designers and brands, food court, cocktail bar, and swap.

At the heart of the swap party is the barter principle. Everyone can bring things that they do not wear and exchange them for something new in Cuba, which illustrates the concept of secondary use and a conscious attitude to the environment. Things should be clean, free of damage and not crumpled. You can get from one to three tokens for one item of the wardrobe (depending on the state), and then spent them to swap a fancy thing.

There will be DJ sets all evening. A special guest will be a DJ from Tula Roman Goryachev (Rayme). His sound today is a symbiosis from the rhythms of techno, house, and electro, accompanied by dense ambient textures and minor melodic sketches.

The organizer of the event was the community “Izolenta”m the main goal of which is the representation of actual electronic music as an art form, and the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan.

The beginning is at 6 pm. The entrance to the event is free.
