The place of installation was chosen by the residents of the city during the voting.

(KZN.RU, July 25). a new sculptural composition of the Finnish sculptor Raphael Sayfulina “Horse the Country” is being installed in Kazan on Bauman Street opposite the exit from the metro station Kremlevskaya.

The idea of installing a symbolic sculpture was approved by a creative group under the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, which includes city planners, architects, artists, and designers. Residents of the city were offered to choose the location of installation. According to the results of the voting, more than half of the Kazan voters (50.9%) chose Bauman Street. The sculpture is made on sponsorship funds.

The figure of the horse is strewn with many small details with a national motif. The back of a bronze horse has courts of the Tatar village with a minaret of the mosque on a round pedestal; on its chest, there are images of pigeons and the inscription “Bekhet sina” (Tat. “Happiness to you”). There is one more inscription on the edge of the pedestal: “Oly of Yulnyn Tuzanynda Yogalttym Ezleremn”, this is a line from the Tatar folk song “Dust of the Great Road”.
