A new football field has been built on the stadium “Lokomotiv” in Yudino

<p> (KZN.RU, August 29, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today, the Yudino Settlement celebrates its centenary. The new football field was built at the stadium “Lokomotiv” within the initial stage of reconstruction to this event. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected the updated football field, got acquainted with the progress of the reconstruction, and talked with the pupils of the sports schools of the district. </p> <p> </p> <p> The work on the construction of a full-sized football field with an artificial surface in the stadium “Lokomotiv” is fully completed. There are track and field athletics tracks organized around the football field, which will allow holding competitions of various levels there. </p> <p> </p> <p> The quality of the new football field was tested by young athletes, students of the Youth Sports School on cross-country skiing. “We come at this stadium to various competitions, we train in Zalesny. But the guys really like it here”, said Tatiana Korobova, the director of the Youth Sports School in the skiing of Kazan. “We are very happy that a football field was built here, you cannot imagine how children like to play football in training. Plus, we conduct classes and warm-ups on a sports ground. It's all is very important for children, they have the incentive to train and improve”. </p> <p> </p> <p> Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, reminded that a multipurpose game hall for playing volleyball or basketball and a ski track will be built in the stadium in addition to the football field in the future. The President and the Mayor inspected the project of the future building. “We have everything done in the project. The next stage will be the project of improvement and the main reconstruction of the building. The track here will be luxurious, modern, with elevations. We are very grateful that this object was transferred to the municipality from the Railways. We have already passed a big stage of reconstruction. Children can use this site in winter as a ski track and biathlon field and as a football field in summer”, said S. Mironov. </p> <p> </p> <p> R. Minnikhanov noted that it is important to hold all the work at a high level. </p> <p> </p> <p> Today, the puck has been laid at the base of the future ice arena in honor of the 100th anniversary of Yudino. </p> <p> </p> <p> Asgat Safarov, the head of the Presidential Administration of the RT, Vladimir Leonov, the minister of Sports of the RT, Natalia Fishman, an assistant to the President of the RT, Svetlana Vostrikova, the chairperson of the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports, and others took part in the inspection. </p> <p> </p> <p> Preparation for the centennial anniversary pushed the development of the entire infrastructure of the village of railway workers. A large-scale complex improvement of the micro-district includes road repairs, major repairs of houses and yard territories, renovation of social infrastructure facilities, and construction of new ones. </p>
