The music from the play “The Blue Shawl” will sound on the Kaban Lake embankment

The orchestra of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal will take part in a series of video screenings of famous Tatar performances.

(KZN.RU, August 15). Excerpts from musical plays “The Blue Shawl”, “Young Hearts”, “Galiyabanu”, and “You called?” will be sounded live on August 26 on the Kaban Lake embankment. The concert entered the summer program of video screenings of the famous Tatar theater productions.

Performers and orchestra of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal will play for Kazan citizens. “We have been following the development of the Kaban Lake embankment since the very opening. And we simply could not help participating in such an important and useful project”, explains Ilfir Yakupov, the director of the theater.

Meanwhile, Kazan citizens can watch the performances in the full version. The shows take place on the embankment every Friday in August. Thus, on August 17, the drama “Galiyabanu” (2015) will be shown, on August 24 – the drama “Puppet Wedding” (2009), on August 31 – the comedy “The Light of My Eyes” (1995). The beginning of the events is at 8.30 pm. The admission is free, reports the press service of Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal.
