IT park will host an exhibition and an orienteering game as part of the competitions.
On October 9, the Kazan National Half Marathon will take place in the capital of Tatarstan for the sixth time. Athletes wearing tyubeteika hats will have to run a distance of 3 km, 10 km or 21.1 km and set a record for the number of participants. It is expected that about 4,500 people will join the event.
The half marathon program will last for three days – from 7 to 9 October. In the first two days, a sports exhibition will be held in the new IT park (Spartakovskaya str., 2).
On October 8, an orienteering game will be held at the IT park, participants will use the map to pass an unknown route through checkpoints located in the IT park. A distance of 1.5 km is available for children, and 5 km for adults.
The start of the half marathon and the 10 km race will be given on October 9 at 8:00 at the Ak Bars Arena. The participants of the competition will run across the Millennium Bridge, the Kremlin Embankment, the Kremlin Dam and Sibgat Khakim Street. Fans will support the runners throughout the distance.
The Timerkids children's race will be organized at the Ak Bars Arena for young athletes aged 3 to 11 years. Only adult athletes will be able to take part in the half marathon, and those aged 11 and 16, will be able to participate in races at distances of 3 km and 10 km.

The Kazan National Half Marathon is the final competition in 2022 as part of the Timerman events. Residents of 9 countries, as well as 66 regions and 240 cities of Russia are planning to participate in the event.
