<p> The Kazan City Hall expresses its deep condolences to the Kazan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church and to the relatives and friends of Metropolitan Feofan of Kazan and Tatarstan at his passing and shares deep sense of loss. </p> <p> Metropolitan Feofan of Kazan and Tatarstan passed away at the age of 74. He made a great contribution to the development of Orthodox culture in Kazan and the republic of Tatarstan. </p> <p> Kazan residents will remain the glorious memories of His Grace. </p> <p>   </p>
