The Mayor of Kazan takes part in the meeting of the Tatarstan Investment Council

The Rais of Tatarstan approved the construction project of a restaurant complex on the Kazanka embankment

Ilsur Metshin took part in a meeting of the Tatarstan Investment Council of the Republic chaired by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Eight projects were presented at the event, some of them were approved.

The project of a restaurant complex was presented to the members of the Tatarstan Investment Council. The concept was presented by Gleb Arzamasov, Director of Development at Brig LLC. According to him, the facility is planned to be built on the Kazanka embankment. The project provides for the organization of 80 workplaces. The project was approved.

The meeting participants reviewed the concept of a complex for the production of ammonia and urea by Ammoni stock company. Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this project is promising, as well as strategically important for the country. He instructed to work out the implementation of the project in detail.

The idea of creating a hostel for employees of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park was presented at the meeting. The construction is supposed to be carried out in two stages, three buildings will be built. Rustam Minnikhanov noted the need to arrange comfortable living conditions for employees. The Rais of Tatarstan proposed to finalize the project and consider options for placing hostel buildings on other sites. The creation of agro-industrial parks, the opening of the beach, the organization of recreation areas in glamping and others projects were discusses at the meeting.
