The mayor of Kazan congratulated the shareholders of the residential complex "Symphonia" with the completion of construction

<p> "Fon" company shareholders formed a housing association to complete the construction works. The mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at a meeting with residents noted that there are another 12 long -delay venues in Kazan, two of them are planned to build till 2020. </p> <p> Construction of the house on Rotarnaya str., 27E for 180 apartments was started in 2014. At the end of 2015, construction work on the site, as well as in the entire residential complex, stopped in connection with the bankruptcy of the developer – OOO "Fon- Riviera". The house was completed by the construction company "Briz". </p> <p> The house has 96 one-bedroom apartments, 48 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom. The mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected one of the apartments in the house: "The quality is excellent. The smell of a new apartment similar to the smell of housewarming party!". </p> <p> There is a kindergarten №156 for 140 seats near the house, it is planned to build a new school. There are 52 parking spaces, in addition, multi-level parking for 362 cars is constructed for the residents of the complex. According to the plan, another multi-level parking is designed here. Due to high density of buildings, the Mayor instructed the head of the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Andrei Lobov to work out the possibility of organizing and improving the walking pedestrian zone. </p> <p> "We have had 30 long-delay venues (in the second round of hoodwinked investors - ed.note), this is the 18th house completed – said the mayor - Two more houses will be built till 2020". He expressed a hope that there will be no new hoodwinked investors, special changes in the Federal legislation are made. "I hope there will be no more opportunities for careless developers," - said Ilsur Metshin. </p>
