Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin has met with Qatari Ambassador Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani

Issues of cooperation were discussed at the Russia – Islamic world: KazanSummit 2022.

Today, at the Kazan Expo exhibition center, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Russia, Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani. They discussed issues of cooperation under the Russian-Qatari relations. The meeting took place at the site of the summit “Russia – Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022”.

For reference, from May 19 to 21, the capital of Tatarstan hosts the 13th International economic summit “Russia – Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022”. The event will become the main platform for economic cooperation between Russia and the countries of the Islamic world.
