Marat Nuriev: “Today we have no houses with a broken elevator”

A series of reports of management companies to the Mayor took place in Kazan.

(KZN.RU, June 26). Since 2006, the management company “Uytny Dom”, servicing the Novo-Savinovsky district, has overhauled 293 apartment buildings and replaced 623 elevators in 152 houses. Until 2022, it is planned to replace 119 more elevators in 37 houses. Marat Nuriev, the general director of the company, told Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, during the first meeting of a series of reports.

For 10 years, 100% of fire extinguishing and smoke removal systems have been fixed.

Most of the houses serviced by the company (about 36%) were built between 1956 and 1970 and required major repairs for a long time. Since 2006, the overhaul has been carried out in 293 houses for the amount of 3.34 billion rubles. In the framework of this work, the elevator equipment was replaced. For today, the company has not a single apartment building with a broken elevator. At the beginning of this year, 623 elevators were replaced in 152 houses. By 2022, it is planned to replace 119 more elevators in 37 houses. The company's employees are carrying out maintenance repairs as well, including ones by the appeals of citizens.

Significant results were achieved in matters of ensuring the security of citizens, including the installation of fire-fighting equipment. “In 2006, all fire protection systems were broken. For 10 years, all 100% of automated fire extinguishing and smoke removal systems have been fixed”, said M. Nuriev.

Another important measure to ensure the safety of residents is the installation of video surveillance cameras. The installation of cameras in the houses of Novo-Savinovsky district was completed in 2017, 547 houses were equipped with them.

The changes in the external appearance of the city were achieved due to the improvement of yard territories, said the speaker. Fr om 2006 to 2018, the company landscaped 181 yards out of 285. In addition to repairing works, it involves planting trees and flowers. According to M. Nuriev, more than 50 thousand trees and 950 thousand flowers were planted on the streets of Novo-Savinovsky district from the beginning of the Republican program “Green Record”.

The speaker talked about the progress of work on the installation of individual heating points. Within the framework of the IHP installation program for hot water supply in 2017, 250 ones were installed in 250 residential houses.

Separately, the speaker mentioned the issues of tariffs for the maintenance and repair of living premises. Within 4 years, their level remains unchanged. Thanks to this, tariffs for maintenance and repair of residential premises in Kazan are among the lowest among other cities.

The quality of the work of the management company is affected by the debt of the population, said the speaker. In order to encourage citizens to pay off their debts on time, various measures are being taken. One of the new measures was the action “Vacation without debts and pennies”, which gives debtors the right to pay bills for two months and get a write-off of all accrued pennies. Thanks to this action, 62 people paid for a total of 4 million 124 thousand rubles just in May this year. At the same time, the number of pennies written off amounted to 366 thousand rubles. In total, more than 12.5 million rubles was collected from defaulters for 2 months of the action.

The debt of the population does not allow the company to pay off in time with the resource-supplying organizations. Due to the collected funds from debtors for the summer, the debt will be fully paid off by the beginning of the heating season.

M. Nuriev spoke about the work of the Center for Housing and Communal Services, which serves 40000 citizens living in the 100 nearest houses. On the basis of the institution, the Educational Center for Housing and Communal Services is working to improve the professional skills and qualifications of workers in the housing sector and to raise awareness among the population.

In addition, the “Uytny Dom” implements many projects that are significant for the citizens. The Help Center for Low-Income Citizens is among them, wh ere needy citizens can receive things and basic necessities.

At the end of the report, M. Nuriev noted some problematic issues, the shortage of workers was among them. These problems are being gradually solved. For example, in order to close the deficit of janitors, the company began to provide temporary housing for employees in hostels. Today 62 beds are equipped for them.

Ilsur Metshin noted that the comfort and safety of many city residents depend on the activities of the management company. So it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of work and respond in time to all appeals of citizens.

Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee, Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Housing and Communal Services Committee, and heads of districts of Kazan heard the report together with the Mayor.

In 2016, the management company “Uytny Dom” celebrated its 10th anniversary. For today, it covers 552 houses of Novo-Savinovsky district. The houses under the jurisdiction of the management company are serviced by 11 contract organizations.
