Russia's largest employers to discuss labor market trends in Kazan

<p> The first business forum “Human resources is key” will take place at the Kazan City Hall on November 10. It will bring together the heads of industrial enterprises, representatives of the corporate sector and business, the leadership of universities and colleges, as well as representatives of other cities and regions of the country. </p> <p> “We would like to invite representatives of Russian enterprises to Kazan and discuss best practices so that employers can learn more about the successes achieved in this direction in other parts of the country,”- Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, commented at the Business Monday meeting. </p> <p> The head of the city invited the heads of enterprises of the capital of the republic of Tatarstan to take an active part in the discussions. SIBUR-RT Director Ayrat Safin, Product Development Director of Headhunter Maxim Yevdokimov and other speakers are expected to participate. One of the key topics will be the challenges of the labor market, personnel strategies and modern approaches to working with personnel, said Irina Bochkova, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Head of the Personnel Policy Department. </p> <p> As a result of the event, an action plan for the project “Kazan is the city of the best employers” will be developed. The first results will be presented at the next forum. </p> <p> “We are ready to move to the next stage, when the idea that Kazan is the city of the best employers should grow from a big dream into a program project and become an objective reality. Our upcoming forum will be dedicated to this goal,”- Irina Bochkova noted. </p>
