Dmitry Anisimov headed the Committee of Housing and Communal Services of Kazan

Iskander Giniyatullin as the deputy head of the Executive Committee will focus on solving strategic issues.

(KZN.RU, May 14, Alsu Safina). Dmitry Anisimov became the new chairman of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, reported this personnel change in the Executive Committee at the Business Monday.

The head of the city noted that Iskander Giniyatullin, the former head of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services, “will focus on strategic issues” as the deputy head of the Executive Committee.

“This is the most important responsible sector of the urban economy, which continues to be the most frequently discussed, criticized by the population. We are trying to solve these problems with the leadership and the Government of the republic and with the branch Russian ministry that is frequently changed in this direction”, noted I. Metshin. “Housing and communal services are always in the top five most burning issues in all sociological polls of the population. The growth of tariffs is the main concern, but there are also questions about the quality of housing services”. According to I. Metshin, the Committee of Housing and Communal Services performs a large amount of work. In addition to managing the housing stock, it is also a capital repair of the housing stock and social infrastructure, while the number of the housing stock is growing. “The decision was made to concentrate Iskander Giniyatullin on strategic tasks, and to delegate the operational management of the committee to Dmitry Anisimov”, explained the head of the city.

Ilsur Metshin drew attention to the fact that the new chairman of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services headed by the Unified Settlement Center for 4 years. “He has an experience in working in the management company, in the conduction and preparation of the Universiade, he was the deputy Mayor of the Universiade Village. He worked as the head of the Office of the Sovetsky district. He is prepared, was on both sides of the barricade”, said the Mayor, introducing the new head of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services. “And the first record in the labor is very remarkable in this matter. He started as a janitor at the age of 16 in the Sovetsky district. Therefore, he does not need anything to be further explained to him”.

“As a wish: one of the strengths of the former chairman of the committee was his openness to the population and the media, so these traditions need to be continued”, noted Ilsur Metshin and wished Dmitry Anisimov success in his new workplace.

Dmitry Anisimov was born on April 18, 1977, in Kazan.

In 1999, he graduated from the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute, an economist.

He is married, has two sons.
