(KZN.RU, August 13). The “Tatarstan Cinema Week” will be held in Kazan on the occasion of the Republic Day. From August 23 to August 31, viewers will see films shot by Tatarstan directors in the last two years at the cinema “Mir”.
The opening ceremony of the “Tatarstan Cinema Week” will be held in Aksenov Square on August 23. On the same evening at the cinema “Mir”, a series of film screenings will be opened by Salavat Yuzeev's documentary film “Shikhab Khazrat”. The film was shot in the format of a bicycle tour of places associated with the great Tatar thinker and theologian Shigabutdin Mardzhani.
On August 24, one of the most popular Tatarstan films of Ramil Fazliev and Amir Galiaskarov “Mulla” based on the works of Tufan Minnullin, will be presented to the audience.
