Master classes are organized in the history museum of the Annunciation Cathedral of the Kazan Kremlin.
(KZN.RU, August 15). Master classes on ancient calligraphy for children over 10 years and adults will be held in the history museum of the Annunciation Cathedral of the Kazan Kremlin. The first lesson is scheduled for August 19.
The organizers of the course note that calligraphy is useful both for developing the creative abilities of a person and for his physical health. “The tips of the thumb, index and middle fingers that we use when writing with a pen, have nerve cells that are most connected to the brain”, explains Olga Pekhteleva, the director of the museum. “By activating them, we develop our speech, thinking and attention, and at the same time we form such basic character traits as patience, diligence, accuracy”.
The first meeting of master classes will begin at 11 am. More detailed information is available by phone (843) 567-81-68 and 567-81-03, reports the press service of the Tatarstan Metropolis.
