Buses to Nikolskoe Village will depart from Pobedy Prospect and Millennium Square.
(KZN.RU, May 23). On May 25, the Russian national holiday “Karavon” will take place in Nikolskoe Village, Laishevsky district. Its participants will be folklore groups from the Udmurtia, Bashkortostan, and Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Samara, and Ulyanovsk Oblasts, as well as more than a hundred creative teams from the regions of Russia and the regions of Tatarstan. Special transport will be launched from Kazan for the holiday.
A puppet theater, a fair, master classes and a traditional caravan round dance await guests of the holiday. Everyone can take part in it.
At the opening, the guests will see the theatrical composition “A Holiday”, and many themed areas throughout the celebration. The citizens will be able to visit the village expedition, become a member of a huge feast, join the chastushka battles, get acquainted with the special musical traditions of the Russian central Volga region, measure their strength, learn interesting dances, and much more.
The special guest of the holiday will be Marina Devyatova, a Russian singer, a folk singer, the laureate of international festivals and competitions.
5 parking lots will be used to accommodate vehicles on the territory of the festive area. In addition, large-sized transport, including buses, is planned to be located on the territory of the industrial site “Nikolskoe”.
Organized delivery of Kazan residents to the holiday site will be carried out from Pobedy Prospect and Millennium Square from 8 am to 10 am with an interval of 15 minutes. Buses from Nikolskoe Village to Kazan will be organized at the end of the “Karavon”.
The beginning of the holiday is at 10 am, the official opening is at 11 am. The site will work until 3-4 pm.
