Kazan citizens will learn how to marinate meat and fry kebabs

On May 11 and 12, the first Grill-Fest will be held in Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest in Kazan.

(KZN.RU, April 24). On May 11 and 12, the first park festival of barbecues “Grill-Fest” will be held in Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest. Kazan citizens will try dishes from the best institutions of Kazan, learn to marinate meat and fry kebabs.

On the green lawn, everyone will be able to taste the dishes of more than 15 restaurants and institutions of the city. Eminent chefs of the city will hold master classes on how to properly marinate and fry meat, make sauce combinations, arrange dishes, and also share tips on how to choose meat products in stores.

The festival will have entertainment for children. There will be a children's area by the play park. And a special “quiet zone” with hammocks, blankets, and board games will be created under a big tree.

In addition, on the first day of the festival, the summer rental of equipment in CUBE will begin its work, where you can rent a blanket, badminton, Frisbee, and balls to have a real picnic, reports the press service of the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan.

The holiday will last from 12 pm to 8 pm.
