Kazan citizens will learn about the novelties of the tourist season

<p> (KZN.RU, April 5). The 23rd international specialized exhibition “Tourism and Sport” will be held in the exhibition center “Kazanskaya Yarmarka” from April 12 to April 14. Employees of travel agencies, diplomatic missions, embassies, airlines, hotels, sanatoria, recreation centers and museums-reserves will tell the citizens about all the subtleties of tourism and novelties of the upcoming season. This year, Turkey, China, and Kazakhstan will widely represent their tourism potential. </p> <p> </p> <p> Participants will offer a wide range of leisure programs for adults and children in Russian sanatoriums, dispensaries and boarding houses, present bus tours along the Volga, “Golden Ring”, river and sea cruises, cultural and educational tours to Russian museums, excursion programs, and much more. </p> <p> </p> <p> Visitors to the exhibition will also get acquainted with regional expositions. The Leningrad Region, the Stavropol Territory, the Ulyanovsk Region, the Tula Region, the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Dagestan, the Moscow Region, the Udmurt Republic, the Altai Territory, the Republic of Mari El, and others will present their opportunities. </p> <p> </p> <p> A special place at the exhibition is allocated to the Republic of Tatarstan. Participants will present the most vivid cultural and historical sights: Sviyazhsk Island, the Bulgarian Museum Reserve, as well as collective expositions of the regions of the republic. </p> <p> </p> <p> Entertaining events are also organized for the visitors of the exhibition. So, everybody can participate in the international culinary contest named after Yunus Ahmetzyanov. One of the stages of the contest is to create a themed “buffet table” from the public catering company on the theme “World Cup-2018 in Kazan” with the use of the symbols of the championship in decorating dishes of the Tatar national cuisine. The competition will be held all three days during the exhibition from 12 to 14 of April. </p> <p> </p> <p> In addition, a number of sports performances are planned on the first day of the exhibition: young athletes in the martial art of taekwondo, sports acrobatics, and fencing, reports the press service of the Kazanskaya Yarmarka. </p>
