Visitors will be able to see exhibits made in the 60-80s of the XX century.
(KZN.RU, March 1). Today, the Moscow City Duma has opened the exposition “Gagarin: Fashion for Space”, organized by the Kazan Museum of Soviet Lifestyle together with the Moscow Fashion Museum. The exhibition is timed to the 85th birth anniversary of the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.
Guests of the exhibition will be able to see exhibits made in the 60-80s of the XX century. Souvenirs, household items, books, journals, posters, records, toys of the time are presented there. And the Fashion Museum presented exhibits from the female wardrobe, which reflect the trends of the Soviet fashion of the space age. Also, visitors will hear songs of the 60s on the space theme.
Marina Karlova, the widow of Russian diplomat Andrey Karlov, murdered in Turkey, will present rare photos from the family archive at the exhibition. The pictures were signed by the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, reports the press service of the Kazan Museum of Soviet Lifestyle.
