Kazan will host the stage of the FINA World Series in synchronized swimming for the first time

Competitions will be held on April 19-21 at the Palace of Water Sports.

(KZN.RU, April 16). On April 19-21, the Kazan Palace of Water Sports will host the synchronized swimming stage of the FINA World Series. These competitions will be held in Kazan for the first time. At the same time, the Championship of Russia in synchronized swimming will be held at the Palace of Water Sports.

Kazan World Series will be the third in 2019. In total there are 8 stages. The first stage was hosted by Paris (February 28 – March 3), then the competitions were held in Alexandroupolis (Greece, April 4-7). The third stage will be held in Kazan. After that, the stages of the World Series will take place in Tokyo (Japan, April 27-29), Beijing (China, May 4-6), Greensboro (USA, May 24-26), Quebec (Canada, May 30 – June 1) and Barcelona (Spain, May 31 – June 2).

The three-day competition program will include group competitions (technical and free programs), solo performances (technical and free programs), doubles and mixed doubles competitions (technical and free programs), a combined program, and acrobatic competitions. The best teams will perform in the super final, reports the media department of the ANO “Directorate of Sports and Social Projects”.
