The top 3 cities also included Krasnogorsk (75.3) and Moscow (72.8).
The interactive ESG index of cities and regions was prepared by VEB.RF and Sber Bank. The study was conducted on the basis of 16 complex factors, which were combined into three blocks: Environment, Society and Management.
The and regions were assessed by the following criteria: green energy, environmental management, water and forest resources, education, culture, accessible environment, investment climate, digitalization, development of small and medium-sized businesses and others.
