Kazan entered the top three popular tourist cities on March 8. </p> <p> </p> <p> St. Petersburg and Moscow topped the rating of cities, popular for travel on the holiday weekend of March. Sochi, Ekaterinburg, Yaroslavl, Pskov, Sergiev Posad, Vyborg, and Tver are in the top 10 as well. </p> <p> </p> <p> Tourists book accommodation in Kazan for a holiday in March for 3 nights an average and pay 3.1 thousand rubles a day, in Moscow – 3.5 thousand rubles a day (2.5 nights). The most inexpensive accommodation in the first-ten cities is in Pskov (2.5 thousand rubles per day), and the most expensive is in Sochi (3.6 thousand rubles). </p> <p> </p> <p> The rating is compiled from the data of hotel and apartment bookings from 7 to 12 of March by the Russian booking service Tvil.ru. </p>
