(KZN.RU, June 4). Kazan is among the top 3 cities for traveling on the Day of Russia. The specialists of the tourist service Tvil.ru came to this conclusion following the results of the analyses on which Russian destinations are most often get chosen for travel and recreation in the June holiday.

The top 10 cities, popular for travel to Day of Russia, includes St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Yaroslavl, Sergiev Posad, Samara, and Pskov. The rating is based on the analysis of the hotels and apartments booking from 10 to 12 of June 2018.

The increase in travel to the country compared to last summer is associated with the World Cup-2018, which opens on June 14 in Moscow with the match of the Russian and Saudi Arabian national teams.
