Kazan was awarded three awards at the International Competition of Practices of CIS and EEA

The jury's attention was paid to the projects “Zhiznelub”, “Mobile Library”, and “Voice of the Yard”.

(KZN.RU, February 12). Kazan was awarded three awards at the X International Review of Practice of CIS and EEA countries. Results of the contest “City where you want to live” were summed up in the Moscow House of Nationalities of the International Assembly of capitals and large cities of the CIS.

The capital of Tatarstan received the award for the project “Zhiznelub”, aimed at creating conditions for the creative self-realization of older citizens and ensuring their active longevity.

In addition, the network of the centralized library system was awarded a diploma for providing maximum access to the library's information and library resources (“Mobile Library”).

The third award was received by the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration for the implementation of the program for the apartment building board institute development and the creation of favorable conditions for the development of the urban cultural environment (the annual contest “Voice of the Yard”), reports the Kazan Department of Culture.
