Kazan takes part in the international tourism fair in Spain

The culture of Tatarstan and its capital, as well as the tourist potential are presented to the visitors.

Kazan participates in the 40th international tourism fair FITUR 2020, which opened in Madrid yesterday. Visitors of the exhibition can get acquainted with the culture of Tatarstan and its capital, learn about their tourist potential, as well as purchase remarkable souvenirs.

This year, the United stand of Russia was organized by the Federal Agency for tourism. It is designed in the shape of an open book, its pages represent the cultural diversity of the country and its openness to the world. In addition to Kazan and Tatarstan, the Moscow, Kaliningrad, Rostov regions, the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, as well as St. Petersburg and Sochi are represented at the stand, the Committee for tourism development reported.

FITUR is one of the world’s largest tourism events in Europe, allowing countries, regions and cities to present their potential and opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation to the world tourism market.
