The teams that took the first and second places will represent Russia at the European educational competition.
(KZN.RU, May 30). From 3 to 10 of June, Kazan will host the XXXVIII All-Russian Competition of Young Traffic Inspectors “Safe Wheel – 2019”. More than 500 children, traffic police officers and teachers from all over the country will gather in the international exhibition center “Kazan Expo”.
340 schoolchildren born in 2007, 2008, and 2009 won the regional stages of the competition, after which they were united in teams of four. They will fight in personal and team standings. Thus, they will compete with each other in the knowledge of the Road Rules, providing first aid to victims and skills of cycling in road conditions. As the team, they will have to pass a theoretical exam on knowledge of the basics of safe behavior on the road and speak at the creative competition “We chose safety on the Russian roads”.
The teams that took the first and second places at the end of all competitive stages, will represent Russia at the European Educational Competition of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) for the study and observance of traffic rules.
Within the framework of the competition, traffic police officers and teachers will take part in a meeting dedicated to the prevention of children's road traffic injuries and the development of the Young Traffic Inspectors movement in Russia.
The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Education of the RF, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RF with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT jointly with interested agencies and organizations. The competitions will be held for the third time in Kazan. Earlier, the capital of Tatarstan hosted them in 1986 and 2006, reports the press service of the Ministry of Education of the RF.
