Man of the Year: A Woman's Opinion” were announced in the Kazan City Hall on the eve of International Women's Day. Opening the event, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, presented the republican and city awards. </p> <p> </p> <p> Rosa Zinatullina, a therapist of the therapeutic department of the city polyclinic №21, received an honorary title “Honored Doctor of the RT”. Luiza Gazizullina, a teacher of children's music school №4, received an honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture of the RT”. </p> <p> </p> <p> At the celebration, Ilsur Metshin also presented the badges “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan” to Asiya Ilalova, the sealer of the Kazan Helicopter Plant, Elmira Gibadullina, the head of the Thermal Department of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association, and Anna Volostnova, a laboratory assistant of the Kazan Helicopter Plant. </p> <p> </p> <p> Marina Pizhonkova, a social technologist of the Republican Center for Social Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired, Elena Kraynova, a technologist at the OOO “AliansKhleb”, Liliya Selivanova, the head of the central factory laboratory of the Kazan State Powder Plant, Albina Andreeva, the expert of the landscaping section (gardens, parks, squares) of Vakhitovsky district of the MUP “Gorvodzelenkhoz”, and Landysh Gizatullin, the director of the Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the RT, received certificates of merit of Kazan. </p> <p> </p> <p> Evgeniya Sabirullova, the deputy head of the location “Energetik” at the MBU “Podrostok”, Olga Drozdova, the head of the House of Culture of the Kazan Helicopter Plant, Inga Gadzaova, the executive director of the Ostrovsky Hotel, and Ilfira Gafiyatullina, the hotel manager of the Kazan Sports and Recreation Complex “Kazan”, received the gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan. </p>
