Ilsur Metshin topped the rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD for 2017

<p> (KZN.RU, January 23). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, took the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for 2017. </p> <p> The media index of Ilsur Metshin made 141025 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. The media reported that Ilsur Metshin announced the dream of Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of the Portuguese national football team, to play in Kazan during the World Cup-2018. Commenting on the football theme, Ilsur Metshin said that Kazan is 95% ready for holding matches of the FIFA World Cup-2018. Anne Hidalgo, the Mayor of Paris, accompanied by Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the city's sports facilities: the Palace of Water Sports and the Kazan Arena. Ilsur Metshin called the arrival of his colleague from Paris Anne Hidalgo in the capital of Tatarstan “a historic event” and reported that the capital of France will host Sabantuy in May. In addition, the media reported on the resignation of Ilsur Metshin, the president of the Kazan “Rubin”, which was adopted by the leadership of the football club. Also, that Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, thanked the Mayor of Kazan for fulfilling the tasks assigned to him as president of the “Rubin”. </p> <p> Elizaveta Solonchenko, the head of Nizhny Novgorod, took second place in the media rating(72787 points), Dmitry Samoilov, the Mayor of Perm took the third place (39781.6 points). </p> <p> The rating is based on the media base of the system “Medialogia”, consisting of more than 43300 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects. </p>
