The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin headed the media rating of the Mayors of the Volga Federal district’s capitals for September 2020.

The media index of Kazan Mayor based on the analysis of federal and regional mass media was 15938.8 points. In the second place of the media rating is the Mayor of Saratov Mikhail Isayev (8069 points), and in the third – the head of Cheboksary Alexey Ladykov (6823 points).
