I.Metshin is among top three leaders of mayors' national rating on results of the first quarter of 2019

<p> (KZN.RU, March 27). Ilsur Metshin entered the top three leaders of mayors' national rating on results of the first quarter of 2019. New research devoted to evaluate the activities of capital cities mayors of regions and large financial and industrial centres of the Russian Federation for this period was prepared by the Centre of information communications «Rating» together with Financial university at the Russian Federation Government. </p> <p> The experts of national rating noted 5 bn roubles were allotted for the repair of Kazan kindergartens. The financing of social spaces improvement compared to the previous year will be increased by 212 million roubles. For the first time overhaul in Kazan will be possible to conduct without attraction of financial resources of republic budget. The index of industrial production has surpassed the target, both on Russia, and on Tatarstan. At the same time more than 200 kindergartens have been working in Kazan without overhaul for more half a century. Observers note some reduction of repair scheduled earlier and cleaning of schools and pre-schools are required more than two decades. </p> <p> The results of the pilot project on the separate collection of waste were perceived in good faith. The information about the removal of the solid household waste from the city has been managed to decrease. </p> <p> The leaders of 88 of Russian cities act as the research object. The results of national rating have been obtained by means of the questionnaire, as well as distance and face-to-face interviews of the representatives of expert community. </p> <p> The first place was taken by Ruslan Kukharuk, the Mayor of Tumen, the second - Sergei Sobyanin, the Mauor of Moscow, the third - Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan. The top 5 also included Ulfat Mustafin, the Mayor of Ufa, and Alexander Beglov, the leader of St. Petersburg, as well. </p>
