<p> Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city, inspected the progress of work at 75 Rikharda Zorge Street, where a major renovation is planned, as well as the landscaping of the yard. </p> <p> Ninety-three families reside there, with a total of almost 237 people. The construction workers will insulate the facade, repair the roof, entrance, utilities, and other elements. The balcony panels will also be repaired and painted. The roof work is almost completed, and will be finished after the complete renovation of the facade. The water supply and sewage systems in the apartments and basements have been replaced, and the replacement of central heating radiators will be carried out shortly. </p> <p> “It is important that the district administration and property management company monitor all work at the building. Every renovated home is a significant step towards improving people's living conditions, and it is crucial to do everything carefully and for years to come,”- the Mayor of Kazan noted. </p> <p> Special attention is given to ensuring accessibility for residents with disabilities using wheelchairs. </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin inspected the landscaping of the yard at 67 Rikharda Zorge Street under the Our Yard republican program. The yard will be equipped with a playground with double swings, a slide, a rocking chair, a sandbox, and a carousel. In addition, a workout area with a log, climbing wall, bars, and will also be equipped. The asphalt in the yard will be renewed. </p>
