After the withdrawal of international companies from the market, the demand for the plant’s products for the power sector increased by 15%.
Today, as part of the city anti-crisis headquarters, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the plant of LLC “Management Company "Energorazvitie”, where a full cycle of design, production, construction and maintenance of electric power facilities is organized. The sanctions did not significantly affect the work of this company, since mainly domestic components are used in the production. Moreover, after the withdrawal of international companies, the demand for its products increased by 15%. The head of the city got acquainted with the manufactured products, and also discussed the plans of the enterprise with the management.
The engineering complex “Energorazvitie” was established in 2017 and complies 11 companies with over 1 thousand employees. The company produces electrical substations, distribution gears capable of providing residential complexes with electricity using smart technologies, as well as the assembly of cabinets of an automated dispatching and control systems.
Since 2019, the company has been developing, creating and selling fast charging stations for electric vehicles with a capacity of 180 kW. Up to 4 cars can be connected to the station at the same time.
The Mayor of Kazan visited one of the production workshops, where Rail Gazetdinov, Director General of LLC Management Company “Energorazvitie”, told the Mayor about the work of the company.
In 4 years, the company has produced about 100 charging stations for electric vehicles, 25 of them are installed in Tatarstan, including 7 in Kazan. One of them was installed last year in the Moskovsky district and became the first yard charging station for electric vehicles in the city.
The company plans to produce mobile chargers for electric vehicles and storage devices. The company plans to implement new projects next year.
In addition, the company plans to install charging stations for electric vehicles at the public spaces and residential buildings.
R.Gazetdinov believes the demand for electric cars will increase. According to the company, there are several hundred electric vehicles in Kazan today.
I.Metshin also visited other workshops of the company, where he was told about the production of so-called smart cells – distribution gears that are installed in residential buildings, at substations of industrial enterprises, generation facilities and other power supply facilities. Their work is fully automated, they are equipped with video surveillance systems for quick response in case of emergency situations. 92% of the components used in the production of smart cells are domestic. “Under the regional program for the implementation of smart grids, we have been installing smart cells throughout Tatarstan for four years, an average of 50 units per year”, - R.Gazetdinov shared.
In addition, Management company “Energorazvitie” produces electrical substations that can be also used in the oil industry.
“Your products, developments and research efforts are a good example of a necessary proactive work”, - Ilsur Metshin noted during a visit to the enterprise.
