<p> Last week, the Kazan Digital Week 2023 International Forum took place in Kazan. Representatives of different municipalities shared the best practices in the digitalization of urban management. About 1,300 speakers participated in the forum. Kazan also shared its best practices at the forum – Ilsur Metshin made a report on digital transformation at the round table of Mayors. </p> <p> “We not only provided and organized a platform together with colleagues from the government, but also participated in a round table of Mayors, where we exchanged views and best practices. Our achievements cause the genuine interest of colleagues. Of course, this is the most important work in this direction. But so far we are only at the beginning of the way,”- Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, said at the Business Monday meeting. </p> <p> The Era communications platform was presented at the round table of Mayors, on the basis of which the unified duty dispatch service of the city was modernized. Also, in order to increase the landscaping process automation, the CitySoft information system was introduced in Kazan in 2022. Snow–covered roads, the absence of road signs and road imperfections - such data is recorded by the system. In addition, other projects using AI were presented. </p>
